I started teaching summer school today and came home motivated to create something for my room. I popped into Walmart and bought two bright striped metal pails that will be perfect for my sharpened and unsharpened pencils. I needed to replace the ones I bought years ago from Really Good Stuff. I tied lots of scrap ribbons on the handles. I still need to cover labels with packing tape.

Love those stripy pails. My ready to write and sharpen please pots have saved me lots of time this year (but they need a update too!)

Super cute! I made something similar last year using empty coffee cans, but these are waaaay cuter. :)
